Working Spaces Pty Ltd is proud to partner with a new client on the transformation of an empty three-story building in Dandenong,
Victoria, into a modern and functional workspace. This full-scale development focuses on smart design, efficient layout, and the integration of contemporary infrastructure.

The ground floor features 17 private offices and a large conference room, designed for comfort and productivity. On the second floor, 19 additional offices have been created, along with a staff lunch room, a new kitchenette, and a secure server room to support IT operations.
A multi-level security system was installed, with each floor independently secured using access control, surveillance, and alarms. This setup ensures privacy, flexibility, and safety throughout the building.
To enhance comfort, the building’s air conditioning system was enhanced to deliver consistent and efficient climate control across all levels.
