We were engaged to transform an old, rundown milk-bar in Berwick into a vibrant South African meat delicatessen. Working closely with the new tenants, we took the project from concept to completion, starting with design drawings, which were submitted to the building surveyor to obtain the necessary documents.

Once approved, we carried out full demolition and rebuilt the space with new partition walls, a compliant kitchen ceiling, a dedicated storage area, and a custom stainless steel commercial kitchen. All appliances were installed, along with plumbing and drainage works to meet health and safety standards.
After completing the build to meet both regulatory and operational requirements, we obtained the Certificate of Occupancy. The result is a fully compliant, modern delicatessen that has brought new life to a once-tired local shopfront.
